Finances and Insurance

Your smile is your forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it.  We will provide you with affordable, high quality treatment that fits your time and budget.  We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.  Payment is expected at the time services are performed.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans as well as Care Credit Payment Plans.

We are proud to offer Care Credit payment plans for our patients.  Care Credit provides low monthly payment plans with no initial payment.  Feel free to contact our office if you would like to discuss financial arrangements.  We will work hard to explain all your choices and accommodate your needs.

We are in network with most insurance plans including WDS, Delta Dental, Cigna DPPO, Regence, Aetna, Ameritas as well plans under the Connection Dental network including Assurant, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln, MetLife, Principal and United Healthcare.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork.  As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for you.  We are commited to helping you maximize your dental benefits and we will work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and your budget.

Prior to treatment, we will provide you with a detailed summary of your estimated treament costs.  Due to the complexities of each individual insurance contract, we can only estimate your coverage but cannot guarantee coverage.  Your estimated patient portion will be presented to you before treatment begins and will be due at the time of service.  Our staff is always available to answer any questions you might have about your dental benefits.

Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage.
