"It brings me so much joy to serve this community. I feel blessed to be part of the lives of so many wonderful people. The best part of my day is when I make a difference in a patient’s life by helping them achieve their oral health goals. Seeing my patient smile again is the best part of being a dentist. I cannot imagine another profession that would give me so much happiness."
A Passion for Dentistry
I am passionate about providing individualized care for each of my patients. I enjoy getting to know them and listening to their needs and goals for their oral health. It's exciting to help them create a unique care plan to meet their needs.
I want my patients to know how honored I am that they entrust their dental health and smile to me. I want to form a partnership with each patient. Working together, we can achieve optimal oral health. I am here for my patients; I can always be called on my personal cell phone after hours if they have a dental emergency.
Education and Commitment to Continuing Education
I was awarded my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry following my bachelor's degree at Seattle Pacific University. Oral healthcare is a field where there are ongoing changes in treatments, new materials being developed, and technological breakthroughs happening. It's essential that I remain current on these changes, as my patients look to me to provide them with the best care and treatments.
I take continuing education courses throughout the year to keep up with the most current, scientifically proven techniques and treatments. I am active in the Washington State Dental Association Academy and take advantage of the opportunity to learn from the best specialists in the state. Feel free to ask me about the last interesting course I took!

Outside the Office
My husband, Zac, and I share our lives with our Shiba Inu puppy Kona, and our Border Collie/Lab rescue named Luna. We love taking walks and taking our dogs to the park. When I'm not at work, you can find me spending time with friends and family. Our families live in Auburn and Olympia. We have a nephew named Carter and a niece named Kylie, who we love to visit in Maple Valley.
I enjoy challenging myself and am an avid runner and have completed five half-marathons and one full marathon.
In the Community
I love being part of and contributing to our community. One of the most rewarding ways I have served has been to volunteer for free dental care days in the area. I am also involved with the great services offered by the YMCA. I've been honored to be part of this amazing nonprofit by teaching kids about oral health at the Early Learning Center and volunteering at the annual Healthy Kids Day.
Zac and I are also involved with the YMCA annual fundraising campaign, Boots and Bowties Benefit Gala, and their Adopt-a-Family program for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Natalie joined Jagow Family Dentistry in 2019 and has been working in the dental field since 2017. Her job is to schedule and confirm appointments, handle phone calls, and check our patients in and out for their visits. Natalie enjoys getting to know each of our patients and watching them leave our office with a happy smile.
She loves animals, especially big dogs, and has a hound mix that is her four-legged child. In her free time, Natalie enjoys reading and catching up on anything related to the beauty industry.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy providing high-quality care and educating my patients about their oral health so that together we can improve or maintain it. I like seeing treatment through from start to finish so that I can watch the progress, and I really enjoy getting to know my patients. Along with regular cleanings, I apply fluoride treatments, provide periodontal therapy, and take x-rays. I have been in the dental field for a total of 13 years, with eight spent as a dental hygienist. I have worked with Dr. Jagow since 2016.
Away from the office, my favorite thing to do is spend quality time with my husband, sons, and our chickens. I also enjoy spending time gardening and reading.
Registered Dental Hygienist
My job as a dental hygienist is to help others improve their oral health using compassion and enthusiasm. For me, the best part of a patient’s visit is to make a personal connection and celebrate improvements in their oral health.
I became a dental assistant in 2014 after completing school at Lake Washington Tech. After graduating from the Dental Hygiene program at Shoreline Community College, I became part of Dr. Jagow’s team in 2019. I provide services such as periodontal therapy, taking x-rays, fluoride application, and tailored oral hygiene education for our patients.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and family, baking, and going on short hiking trips.
My job is to assist Dr. Jagow with giving patients the best restorative dentistry experience possible. The part of my patients' visits that I enjoy most is helping to provide them with confidence in their smile. I have been in the dental field since 2016 and have been working with Dr. Jagow since 2018.
As a dental assistant, my duties are to provide the doctor with an extra set of hands and eyes when caring for our patients. I help to make their time in the dental chair run as smoothly as possible. I'm also in charge of all child cleaning appointments and making sure they have good experiences seeing the dentist for "tooth checkups."
Outside of work, my personal life consists of spending time with family and friends, giving new things a try, and cooking with the love of my life. I enjoy being outdoors, playing at the beach, and reading a good book.
Chris received his dental assistant training at Sno-Isle Tech in Everett, Washington. He joined our practice in 2018 and loves helping out with patients and making sure that everything goes smoothly during their visits with us.
Born in Kirkland, Chris was raised in Lynnwood, where he has lived his entire life. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, boxing, going out with friends, playing video games, and photography.
